Viessmann Vitocal 161-A
Really happy I went with Next Cycle for my Viessmann Vitocal 161-A. I'm an installer and I run one of these at home as well, so I had a fair idea what I was after, and the whole process with them was smooth from the first enquiry through to delivery. Communication was good, they answered my questions properly, and the after-sales support has actually been there when I've needed it. The Vitocal 161-A itself has been excellent, quiet, efficient and plenty of hot water, and it's been running with no issues for 6 months. Every customer I've put one in for has been happy too. If you're shopping for a Viessmann R290 hot water heat pump and want a supplier who looks after you, Next Cycle is worth a call.

As an installer I get my Viessmann Vitocal 161-A units through Next Cycle and they've been great to deal with. Stock's been available when I've needed it, the team actually know the product and the rebate side (federal STCs plus the state schemes), and they were upfront about the warranty. The 7-year tank and 5-year parts and labour cover gives my customers real peace of mind. Pricing on the R290 DHW heat pump is competitive and ordering is easy. I've put in [a few] of these hot water heat pumps now, including one at my own home, and every client has been stoked with the result.
