We recently upgraded our old hot water system and hydronic heating boiler to a Viessmann Vitodens 100 through Next Cycle. Our old system was not reliable and since installing the Viessmann system we couldn’t be happier.

Luke and the Viessmann installer were fantastic throughout the entire process — knowledgeable, professional, and really took the time to ensure we were choosing the right boiler for our home. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. Luke went above and beyond after installation, helping us set up the ViCare app and showing us how to use the heating timers and features properly. It’s been about three months since the boiler was installed, and we’re already seeing the difference with noticeably lower gas bills and better overall efficiency. As an installer I get my Viessmann Vitocal 161-A units through Next Cycle and they've been great to deal with. Stock's been available when I've needed it, the team actually know the product and the rebate side (federal STCs plus the state schemes), and they were upfront about the warranty. The 7-year tank and 5-year parts and labour cover gives my customers real peace of mind. Pricing on the R290 DHW heat pump is competitive and ordering is easy. I've put in [a few] of these hot water heat pumps now, including one at my own home, and every client has been stoked with the result. Viessmann Vitocal 161-A
Really happy I went with Next Cycle for my Viessmann Vitocal 161-A. I'm an installer and I run one of these at home as well, so I had a fair idea what I was after, and the whole process with them was smooth from the first enquiry through to delivery. Communication was good, they answered my questions properly, and the after-sales support has actually been there when I've needed it. The Vitocal 161-A itself has been excellent, quiet, efficient and plenty of hot water, and it's been running with no issues for 6 months. Every customer I've put one in for has been happy too.
