Next Cycle/Maxa Domestic Warranty Terms & Conditions

The Next Cycle/Maxa maximum 7-year warranty, on selected products used for domestic applications listed above, provides up to a maximum of 3-year manufacturer warranty, with an extended maximum 2+2-year warranty. To access the full benefits of our industry-leading warranty, the following conditions must be met:

Correct Installation: Your system must be installed in compliance with the individual product installation manual and in line with manufacturer guidelines.
Authorised System Start-Up: A certified Next Cycle/Maxa Authorised Service Installer must commission the system.
Product Registration & Annual Maintenance: To access the 7-year warranty (3-year + 2-Year + 2 year), all system details must be registered, and required services logged by Next Cycle/Maxa Authorised Service Installer via the Next Cycle/Maxa Installer Portal annually.

Next Cycle/Maxa Commercial Warranty Terms & Conditions

The Next Cycle/Maxa Soave R32 Wall Mounted Air Conditioners 5-year warranty, on selected products used for commercial applications listed above only covers use of the product where the climatic comfort of humans is the primary function (i.e. not primarily for climatic control of electronic or mechanical equipment). To access the full benefits of our industry-leading warranty, the following conditions must be met:

Correct Installation: Your system must be installed in compliance with the individual product installation manual and in line with manufacturer guidelines.
Authorised System Start-Up: A certified Next Cycle/Maxa Authorised Service Installer must commission the system.

Vitocal 161-A DHW Heat Pump Domestic and Commercial Warranty Terms & Conditions

This product is covered by a 5-Year* Parts and Labour Warranty.

*To access the full benefits of this warranty, the following conditions must be met: You will receive a 5-year warranty for components when the product is connected to the internet. For connected products, the 5-year warranty is offered, subject to the following Terms and Conditions, if:

The product is installed, connected, configured and commissioned by a qualified Viessmann installer in accordance with the relevant Viessmann installation instructions
The product’s servicing, inspection, maintenance are carried out by a Viessmann Installer at least once every 12 months commencing on the date on which the Product was delivered to you
All services performed on the Product are performed by a Viessmann Installer
The product is registered online and connected to Vitocal 161-A App within 30 days of the first installation
The product remains connected to Vitocal 161-A App continuously for the entire warranty period
The product is not removed and reinstalled after the Product is first connected to Vitocal 161-A App; and
During the Vitocal 161-A App Warranty Period, a defect in the manufacture or original materials occurs in the Product

Vitodens 100-W Gas Condensing Boiler (System and Combi Boiler) Domestic and Commercial Warranty Terms & Conditions

This product is covered by:

10-Year Warranty on the Radial Heat Exchanger*
5-Year Warranty on the Components**
2-Year Warranty on Labour***

*To access the 10-Year Warranty on the Radial Heat Exchangers, the following conditions must be met. Note: The guarantee only applies to leaks caused by corrosion.

The product is installed and configured by a Qualified Installer within 12 months of the date the relevant product or accessory was supplied to you in accordance with the relevant Viessmann installation instructions ; and
The product is registered online
The product has an exhaust gas heat exchanger; and
During the Heat Exchanger Warranty Period, a defect in the manufacture or original materials occurs in the exhaust gas heat exchanger of that Product.

Important Note: Please note that you must register the product with us within 60 days of the first installation of the Product. (see product registration here).

**You will receive an extended 5-year warranty for boiler components when the boiler is connected to the internet. For connected boilers, the 5-year extended warranty is offered, subject to the following Terms and Conditions, if:

The product is installed, connected, configured and commissioned by a qualified Viessmann installer in accordance with the relevant Viessmann installation instructions
The product’s servicing, inspection, maintenance are carried out by a Viessmann Installer at least once every 12 months commencing on the date on which the Product was delivered to you
All services performed on the Product are performed by a Viessmann Installer
The product is registered online and connected to ViCare within 30 days of the first installation
The product remains connected to ViCare continuously for the entire warranty period
The product is not removed and reinstalled after the Product is first connected to ViCare; and
During the ViCare Warranty Period, a defect in the manufacture or original materials occurs in the product.

***2-Year Warranty on Labour

When you purchase and install the Vitodens 100-W, you receive a 2-year standard warranty on components, commencing on the date on which the new product or accessory was delivered to you. To fully qualify for the warranty, the following conditions must be met:

The product is installed and configured by a Qualified Installer within 12 months of the date the relevant product or accessory was supplied to you in accordance with the relevant Viessmann installation instructions; and
The product is installed, commissioned and maintained correctly in accordance with the appliance instructions.

The Next Cycle/Imas Group 25-year warranty, on selected products listed above, provides a 25-year manufacturer warranty. To access the full benefits of our industry-leading warranty, the following conditions must be met:

Correct Installation: Your system must be installed in compliance with the individual product installation manual and in line with manufacturer guidelines.

The Next Cycle/Aquatechnik 25-year warranty, on selected products listed above, provides a 25-year manufacturer warranty. To access the full benefits of our industry-leading warranty, the following conditions must be met:

Correct Installation: Your system must be installed in compliance with the individual product installation manual and in line with manufacturer guidelines.
Authorised System Start-Up: A certified Next Cycle Authorised Service Installer must commission the system.

Next Cycle/Nexus Domestic and Commercial Warranty Terms & Conditions

The Next Cycle/Nexus 3-year warranty, on selected products listed above, provides a 3-year manufacturer warranty. The Next Cycle/Nexus 3-year warranty commences on the date of production (reference serial number on each tank) is available only to the original owner of the water tank and is not transferable.

Correct Installation: Your system must be installed in compliance with local and national water standards and in line with manufacturer guidelines, with operating temperatures not exceeding 100°C.
Authorised System Start-Up: A certified Next Cycle Authorised Service Installer must commission the system.
